I work with individuals and families to assess what issues are impacting your life, then we collaboratively develop a plan to navigate a path of healing.
I specialize in working with individuals and families, primarily integrating EMDR, IFS, CBT and mindfulness. My goal in our work together is to support you or your family in working through the issues that bring you to therapy so that you can feel a sense of improvement in your quality of life. Groups are offered on a limited basis, email for information.
