Hello! I am a sex, couples, and individual therapist who treats the following presenting issues: desire discrepancy, out of control sexual behaviors (sex addictions), sexual pain, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, sexual trauma, anxiety or shame around sex, low libido, difficulty with orgasm, couples conflict, infidelity, lack of emotional connection, communication issues, depression, and anxiety.
I strongly believe in working from an inclusive, anti-racism, queer-affirming lens. I am kink/poly affirming as well. I believe it is important to explore the ways oppression and socialization impacts a client's presenting issues, and will actively involve conversations such as these in our work together.
My approach involves deep exploration of emotions, traumas, and attachment wounds. My sessions involve a lot of asking how you feel and connecting to other life experiences. In addition, particularly with sex therapy, I incorporate behavioral and cognitive approaches.
