My style is warm and collaborative, with a focus on building skills for emotion regulation, executive functioning, and self-trust, while also exploring the deeper patterns that can keep you feeling stuck. I integrate mind body awareness which helps you notice how emotions show up physically so you can better understand and respond to your experiences.

Using structure, accountability, and hands on support to help motivate you to start tasks, stay on track, and get unstuck from anxiety and overthinking, you’ll build routines that stick.
