My hope is to provide support, tools, and encouragement to help you find greater balance, authenticity, and overall well-being.
I provide individual therapy to adults and teens, all races and sexual orientations are welcome. My style is warm and compassionate. I use a direct, interactive approach to help you gain more personal insight. I am certified in EMDR therapy. EMDR is used for trauma, addiction, anxiety and loss. I also use mindfulness as a tool for coping with anxiety
I enjoy supporting women and couples through pregnancy, birth, and the parenting journey. I offer support and education to parents using a conscious/positive discipline model. I've found, that our struggles become more bearable when they are explored in a safe therapeutic relationship. I am deeply committed to helping you create lasting change in your life.
