One of our first tasks will be to create more space between what you feel and what you do about it. Many people find relief as they learn to approach emotions with curiosity rather than criticism or overwhelm. Through thoughtful exploration and deeper self-understanding, we’ll work toward building a stronger connection with yourself and greater self-trust.
I offer both in-person and online therapy from my calm, welcoming Queen Anne office. I’m part of the Seattle Counseling Center team, where I receive ongoing consultation and support to provide thoughtful, high-quality care.
