About
I lend support by taking a personalized approach to each unique situation. My counseling practice integrates holistic mind and body-oriented therapeutic approaches and depth psychology. I can help you move past your blocks, calm your fears, and experience your truest self. My experiential approaches are guided by your values and aims.
Since my therapeutic approach focuses on core transformation, I work towards sustainable changes in increased health for each client. I particularly enjoy working with individuals who are sensitive, those that serve others, or folks who are questioning their sexuality, gender, and/or identity.
If my approaches or specialties resonate with you, and you have a little courage to evolve, I can look to help by serving as your guide.
