My approach is gentle, highly relational, and grounded in trauma-informed care.
I specialize in working with individuals who are experiencing relationship difficulties, betrayal or childhood trauma, breakups and/or divorce. I love working with couples and guiding them in navigating various challenges, identifying negative patterns keeping them stuck, gaining insight into underlying issues, and offering them skills to connect more.
My personal and professional experience has led me to feel passionate about my work in so many ways. Sessions will include warmth, humor, and a bit of humanity. I am grateful to have therapists throughout my life that created and supported such transformation and my hope for our work together is to do the same :)
