I want to provide you with a safe space to explore your thoughts, emotions and needs; to achieve a healthier mind, body, and spirit. There is no "one-size fits all" approach to therapy. I have 10+ years of experience in behavioral health, and I am passionate about helping individuals and couples recovering from trauma, addiction, self-harm, mood disorders, and relationship struggles. Just like a physical injury, mental and emotional healing is a process that takes time and attentive care. We can work through life’s challenges together.
