I have 10+ years of experience in behavioral health, and I am passionate about helping individuals and couples recovering from trauma, addiction, self-harm, mood disorders, and relationship struggles. Just like physical injury, mental and emotional healing is a process that takes time and attentive care. We can work through life’s challenges together.
