Transitions Delaware was founded to serve within and beyond the LGBTQ+ Community, Our Families & Allies through offering counseling, consultation, and culturally responsible training. Counseling Services to provide compassionate and ethical clinical counseling. Consultation Sessions to area schools, fellow clinical practices, and businesses who wish to create safer, more supportive environments for LGBTQ+ youth, young adults and their families. Personalized Training which provides introductory, intermediate and advanced professional development to help increase participants LGBTQ+ cultural responsibility and skills.
