I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C), specializing in supporting mothers through pregnancy, postpartum, and the many transitions of motherhood. My focus is on helping women navigate both the day-to-day joys and challenges of this season with compassion, empathy, and a safe space to explore their experiences. Although this stage of life is beautiful, it can also feel overwhelming, isolating, and repetitive. In therapy, I provide support and practical tools to help examine your mindset, inner dialogue, and core belief system that determines your relationship with yourself and others.
Earlier in my career, I gained extensive experience working with adolescents and adults facing anxiety, depression, addiction, and panic disorders. This foundation continues to inform and strengthen my work with mothers today. I encourage the practice of gratitude, intention, and communication as ways to bring more balance and fulfillment.
