About
Each individual has a different journey to walk, filled with obstacles unique to one's life. I walk with individuals as they explore the depths of their life stories and the impact that has had on who they are presently. In addition to exploring one's past we also deal with the here and now and explore what's keeping one from living freely and more fully in the world. My hope is that through our work together individuals will be able to find more degrees of freedom in their life and their relationships. I specialize in depth-oriented, psychotherapy.
Individuals can expect to have an experience that is tailored to suit their personal needs and goals. Together we work to create lasting change that comes through understanding relational patterns and roadblocks in our lives. Through understanding these, one can begin to see lasting improvements in their day to day experiences.
I meet each person where they are and through in depth, one on one work, we determine what will be the best course of treatment.
