I am clinical social worker with over 15 years of professional experience. My approach to work has always coincided with my desire to pursue education and travel. I have recently returned to my Ohio roots to locate a private practice that continues to weave together threads related to much older passions such as reading and learning, social connection and community, and personal reflection and pursuits related to the mind and body. At this time, I am most interested in working with adults that feel stuck or are interested in receiving support through points of pain and life transitions.
I work well with those that might be high achieving, perfectionistic, looking to untangle an interplay between depression and anxiety, and those feeling burdened related to past hurts, such as trauma, family of origin, or a harsh relationship with oneself that is deserving of support, validation, and social non-judgement.
