Hello, my name is Emily Elliott (she/her/hers), I am a therapist with experience in crisis work, community mental health, and private practice settings. My passion is creating safe spaces that allow clients to open up, reflect, and share their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I believe that therapeutic success is only possible when a strong therapeutic relationship between provider and client exists. I enjoy working with all humans and have extensive experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community.
I provide an array of different therapy modalities like; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Humanistic Therapy. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, OCD, Trauma, stress, divorce, life transitions, gender identity, and sexuality.
