Emily Wilson, M.S. Ed., LPCC (she/her/hers) earned her Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Dayton. Some of the techniques Emily uses are acceptance and commitment therapy, CBT, mindfulness-based practice, inner child work, expressive therapy, and experiential therapies. Emily believes in bringing authenticity, genuineness, warmth and empathy into her session.
