You will leave our sessions knowing exactly where you’re going, and I will be cheering you on along the way. Whether you are coming to therapy to conquer anxiety, process and heal from trauma, or to figure out what a meaningful and fulfilling life looks like for you, I am here and ready to help.
While I work with people of all identities and ages, I have special training in working with LGBTQIA+ clients, trauma survivors, and people in all stages of parenthood. I utilize an integrative therapy approach to help clients identify their beliefs, choose which ones no longer serve them, and live more aligned with their own happiness.
