In addition to working toward re-connection and love in your relationship, sex and sexuality are often difficult to talk about between couples. Creating a judgement-free space where you can explore these thoughts, feelings, and personal values is my highest priority as a therapist.

I am a Certified Sex Therapist and Certified Imago Relationship Therapist who works with individuals and couples using Imago, sex therapy, and attachment theories. I am a member of American Counseling Association (ACA), American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT), and Nashville Psychotherapy Institute (NPI).

My therapy style is client-centered and sex positive. This is your session, your life, you get to decide what healthy looks like for you, and I will be honored to walk with you on that journey. I work in the Franklin area, via telehealth, and have flexible day, evening, and Sunday appointments to work with your busy schedules.
