I work with children, teens, young adults, and adults who are dealing with stress, anxiety, burnout, relationship issues, or life transitions. I also have a strong background working with athletes. I help student athletes, competitive athletes, and former athletes manage the pressure to perform, find balance, and figure out who they are outside of their sport.
My experience includes helping people with emotional regulation, trauma, identity, stress, and mental health challenges. I also work with individuals experiencing OCD, and I bring my own lived experience with OCD to this work, allowing me to offer genuine understanding and practical support.
