An ideal client would be a person who is ready to work through the patterns and issues that keep getting in the way of satisfaction and wellness in life. My work with clients is focused on an individual’s strength while helping them to develop an understanding of their past and present, their inner beliefs and resulting underlying issues. I strive to provide clients with a safe, supportive and caring environment in which to explore their personal issues.
From the perspective of a social worker; I see a person in environment. I specialize in in attachment childhood trauma, and increasing a person's mind-body-spirit awareness. I am effective in helping folks recover from shame, chronic illness and disability, violence, and poverty.
Please reach out for a 15 minute call to hear more about my therapeutic practices and discuss your goals for well-being!

Groups
Walk with a therapist
We meet at a local coffeeshop on Thursday mornings at 11 am. This is a free group at no cost. I am giving back to my community and sharing my favorite therapy practices which include walking, non-verbal observation and appreciation of our neighborhood. I usually arrive early for a quiet writing session, a few friends from the local Shut Up and Write Group have been known to also quietly write in this charming coffee shop on a random Thursday morning starting about 9:30ish...
