Through Telehealth Counseling, I specialize in working with individuals who have survived trauma, experience anxiety and struggle with their sense of self. I work with individuals, couples and families to achieve freedom from distress and empower them to enjoy productive and fulfilling lives and relationships.
I provide individual, couples and family counseling. I use Trauma Informed principles, Art Therapy techniques, and EMDR. I currently offer therapy only through Telehealth.
