As a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern, I enjoy working with individuals, couples, families, and children. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, PTSD, attachment injuries, infidelity, children, and grief. I aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you and your loved ones to explore your thoughts, feelings, and relationships. It is a distinct privilege to serve my clients and their unique experiences.
I provide both in person and online therapy, to meet the needs of my clients. By working from a strengths based perspective, I aim to empower my clients to make the necessary changes in their lives using their internal strengths and resourcefulness. I take a collaborative approach, knowing that my clients are the experts on their own lives.
