Each of us brings unique experiences and knowledge to the present moment. My goal is to understand you as an individual and support you in building a meaningful life. Together, we'll explore how your identity interacts with your environment to find effective ways to reach your goals. My style is warm and authentic – it’s important that you know you are being heard and seen by another person who genuinely cares. I provide a non-judgmental space that is safe for you to explore your own thoughts, actions and emotions. Safe doesn’t always mean comfortable, so at times I may challenge you to embrace the discomfort so you can grow.
Using a DBT-Informed approach, I offer flexibility based on your needs. I'll encourage you to hold multiple truths in the same space, helping reduce suffering caused by rigid beliefs about what's "right" or "wrong." Whether you want to change habits, improve relationships, or just be understood, I'm grateful to support you on your journey!
I work with teens, young adults and adults and I look forward to hearing from you so together we can start working on the goals you have for yourself.
