As a Registered Art Therapist (ATR) and Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) I would like everyone to explore their creative side and become their best, most authentic selves. I offer individual therapy both in person and via telehealth sessions primarily working with teenagers, adults, and elders. Through working together I want to help empower others to self advocate and set boundaries
Many people have been raised by emotionally immature caregivers, and navigating the world as a person can be difficult when you haven’t been provided with the tools for success, or if you feel that you had to grow up too fast in order to meet the needs of your caregivers and family
I have received additional training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to better help people move through their trauma, depression, anxiety, and in learning more about their own identity and sexualities/genders. I am a non-religiously affiliated therapist that provides space and time to explore one's true self.
