I specialize in working with women (living in TN, KY, FL) who are feeling overwhelmed by life, experiencing difficulty adjusting to change, or grieving the loss of a loved. I work with clients on treating symptoms stemming from anxiety and mild depression, and support my clients through their navigation of typical life stressors.
As a Christian therapist, my approach is grounded in values such as compassion, respect, and integrity. While my personal faith informs who I am, I work with clients from all backgrounds and beliefs.
