I'm a survivor who knows it can be difficult to find a therapist who feels safe when you've been hurt before, and I practice with great care to ensure my Clients feels believed and respected. Therapy should be a space where you can safely explore all facets of yourself with trust that you won't be judged. No topic is off limits. This is a collaborative process, and I want you to feel safe being YOU.
I work w/: complex trauma, dissociation, neurodivergence, sex & relationships, chronic illness/disability, minority stress, issues related systemic oppression, anxiety, depression, & identity.
