No matter what brings someone through my door, my goal is to create a space that feels welcoming, authentic, and free of judgment. I don't believe therapy has to feel cold or clinical-I strive to make it a place where clients can be themselves, feel genuinely supported, and find moments of laughter. Together, we work to understand the patterns that are keeping them stuck, process difficult experiences, and build practical tools that create lasting change.

I specialize in working with eating disorders and trauma, and also support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles. I help clients better understand what’s going on beneath the surface, break out of patterns that feel stuck, and build a more stable and compassionate relationship with themselves.
