About
Welcome, I am a licensed psychotherapist and am committed to helping my clients navigate the journey of developmental and life transitions through therapy. I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults. Some of my clinical specialties include complex trauma, mood disorders, familial conflict, anxiety, and grief. You might be struggling with overwhelming stress, low self-esteem, self-doubt, or a highly critical internal voice. I work with clients who feel stuck, isolated, and blocked from engaging in life. Our work will seek to understand those barriers and help you begin to feel more in control of your life.
I use an individualized treatment approach to create a supportive and open environment to facilitate growth and change. I have specialized training in Internal Family Systems, DBT, and complex trauma treatment. My approach is tailored to your needs; I use my training and relational therapy as foundational building blocks when starting our work together.
