Starting the search for a therapist is a significant step toward personal growth. I work with adolescents, college students, and adults; experiencing acute and/or complex trauma, depression, anxiety, and stress that affect daily functioning. If you feel stuck, isolated, or disconnected from life; my goal is to help you discover the mechanisms in that move you forward or hold you back. In therapy you might begin to notice when trauma parts become activated and can begin to respond feeling grounded and minful in the present. Therapy will aide in creating the space to trust yourself, heal, and move through your world with intention.

As a relational therapist, I believe that a strong relationship and being attuned to your needs are key to successful therapy. I'm trained in IFS, DBT, SP, and psychodynamic therapy. I work collaboratively with you to begin to process of feeling more connected to yourself. My goal is to support you in feeling more purposeful and creating more self-acceptance

Together, we will explore the mulitiude of factors that make up your struggles and work towards healing by integrating mind, body, and language- in a safe, supportive environment. My goal is to be a warm, empathetic, and authentic partner in your journey of growth. We'll gently uncover new insights and possibilities you might not have considered before.
