I enjoy building connections and working with children and adolescents ages 4-17 who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, ADHD, Autism, and life adjustments. My goal is to build a relationship with clients so they are able to process challenges and build skills to use throughout life.
In practice I utilize trauma focused-cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, talk therapy. I often integrate play and art therapy in working with younger children. I also love bringing my Golden Retriever, Milo, into sessions to help clients process emotions and behaviors.
I have experience working in home-based therapy with kids and their families to navigate a variety of challenges and adjustments. I love building relationships with kids and their families, and watching them grow through therapy.
