Many of the couples I work with feel stuck in patterns they can’t quite shift, having the same arguments on repeat, feeling emotionally out of sync, or carrying the invisible labor of maintaining a shared life while sensing a growing distance. You may notice that the intimacy, ease, or sense of “us” that you once had feels harder to access lately, or that work, family, and responsibilities leave little space for real connection. If you’ve been wondering where that closeness has gone, you are far from alone. I specialize in helping couples reconnect, rebuild trust, and find their way back to each other.
Using Emotionally Focused Therapy and the Gottman Method, I help couples and families slow down, communicate more effectively during conflict, and reconnect when they feel distant or misunderstood. Together, we’ll shift the patterns that keep you stuck in the same painful cycles, so that new moments of connection and understanding can emerge.
In addition to relational work, I support individuals navigating relationship challenges, disordered eating, body image concerns, and self-esteem struggles. If you’re ready to feel more connected, understood, and grounded in your life and relationships, I invite you to schedule an initial consultation.
