I have experience working with adolescents, young adults and adults dealing with trauma, eating disorders, body image concerns, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, substance use disorders, life transitions, and personality disorders. I offer traditional talk therapy as well as a mindful based approach.
I draw from psychodynamic, person-centered, feminist, and cognitive behavioral theories to assist clients in becoming aware their own resilience and strengths, develop adaptive coping skills for the challenges they may be experiencing, and rediscover their passion, motivation, and sense of self.
