Hi there! As a therapist, I strive to create a safe therapeutic space rooted in trust, collaboration, authenticity, and even a bit of fun (yes, therapy can be fun). I work with individuals, couples, and families facing a wide range of challenges. My clinical passion lies in helping individuals navigate relational challenges, life transitions, anxiety, and trauma. I provide clients with education and skills that they can implement into their lives such as conflict resolution, communication, assertiveness, and coping skills.
I have an eclectic therapeutic style and tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each client. I want to meet you where you are, allowing you to set the tone, direction, and pace of our sessions. With a professional yoga background, I often bring mindfulness & movement into therapy, as I believe our bodies hold key insights into our emotional landscape
