Hi, I’m Emily! I am the Founder/Owner of Emily DeCosta Counseling, LLC a Florida-Based Telehealth Practice. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor licensed in the State of Florida. I help individuals and couples identify obstacles, process emotions, challenge thinking patterns, and make meaningful life changes. I work with clients who may be struggling with anxiety or depression which has impacted their daily lives.

During our initial sessions, we will dive deep into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. Most clients see a gradual improvement of symptoms within the first few sessions.
