About
I have clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, low self-esteem, relationship/social issues, grief and trauma. I practice from a person-centered/cognitive behavioral and psycho-dynamic approach and believe that a strong therapeutic relationship creates a foundation for growth and change. I believe in an eclectic accepting approach and tailor the therapy treatment to each client’s individual needs. I work to create a safe space for clients to explore their lives, identify their strengths, build coping skills, and work towards healing.
My individual therapy sessions help clients to set unique goals, take action towards making meaningful changes and develop optimistic attitudes towards life’s most challenging circumstances. I provide a non-judgmental and compassionate atmosphere in which individuals can safely explore and work through feelings, thoughts, and beliefs.
Tele-therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and in my sessions I promote behavioral transformation by encouraging a positive outlook and the adoption of new attitudes and reactions. I have the tools and professional experience to help you get back on track.
