I believe the best way to make productive progress happen, is understanding the client to the fullest, use strategies of present moment awareness and provide an open and nonjudgmental space for clients. By doing so, you will feel more comfortable in exploring thoughts and emotions that usually, you may not feel safe discussing.
I strive for clients to feel comfortable from the moment they walk in. Every person is different and reacts diversely to life transitions.
