Thank you for taking time and effort to invest in your emotional well-being. I work with adults who are looking for a healthier connection with their emotions. Perhaps you are struggling with identifying, understanding, and regulating your emotions. I also assist clients who have a history of trauma who would like to reduce psychological reactivity to present day stressors. If you are needing support with boundary setting, managing symptoms of anxiety and depression, understanding your gender identity, or want to investigate your behaviors with drugs and alcohol, I am happy to help you accomplish your goals.
My work focuses on providing space to assist my clients feel safe, heard, and understood. I teach my clients skills to understand and regulate emotions, build healthy interpersonal boundaries, and address trauma at the root of current distress. I specialize in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and mindfulness training.
It takes courage to seek counseling. I hope to create an emotionally safe environment for you to feel empowered to do this work. I strive to provide counseling with cultural humility. I aim to offer care that is gender affirming, trauma informed, anti-racist, anti-diet, and sex positive. Let's discover if we're a good fit!
