Life can be overwhelming and reaching out for help can feel difficult, so I am happy you are here. I work with individuals from 16 years old to adults. I have experience working with individuals who have chronic illnesses or are facing health issues or concerns, as well as anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues and grief. A key part of my practice is building rapport with my clients to assist them with feeling comfortable sharing what can be tough topics and issues. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors in assisting individuals to be successful in therapy and reach their goals.
My therapeutic style is centered around empathy and respect. My goal is to create a safe and comfortable space for you during the session. Drawing from person-centered, cognitive behavioral and mindfulness-based techniques, I use an integrative approach to understand your life experiences and how they have impacted your mental health.
