Hello my name is Emily (pronouns: she/her/ella) I am a California Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I provide individual therapy services in both English and Spanish. I have worked in the mental health field providing care for those going through their toughest times. My passion is working with adults who have faced adversity and assisting in processing their experiences, providing support and practical tools.
I use an empathetic, whole-person, approach built upon mutual respect and understanding. I use an integrative approach consisting of reflective mindfulness, behavioral therapy, and strength based interventions.
