Now accepting new clients.
As good as life can be, it can also be hard, and we were not meant to "go it alone." If you are looking here, you are courageously acknowledging something in your life can be improved, and my goal is to help you make this change so that you can live more freely and fully. I work with clients 16+ years old on their overwhelming emotions, processing past experiences, building coping skills and resilience, improving communication, working through life changes, and related issues that may be holding them back in some way.
By working with your thoughts, actions, and circumstances, you can make major differences in the way you feel, your relationships, and your future. I use an eclectic style to personalize our work together and to your unique story, blending elements from styles including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, PC ( trauma processing), and therapeutic art.
It takes strength and courage to be willing to seek help and pursue change, to make a difference for yourself and even the world around you. This journey is yours, and I can be your co-pilot to help you find the direction you want to go forward.
