Many of the teens, young adults, and college students I work with feel like they're carrying a lot. Between school, work, relationships, family expectations, and trying to figure out what's next, it's easy to feel overwhelmed or like you're constantly second-guessing yourself. You may find yourself overthinking, struggling with anxiety, feeling stuck, or wondering why things seem so much harder than they do for everyone else. My goal is to provide a space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin making sense of what you're experiencing.
I believe therapy should fit you—not the other way around. I use CBT, art therapy, play therapy, and practical coping skills, and I'm always open to incorporating creative or hands-on activities that help you feel comfortable. Together, we'll find an approach that feels natural and meaningful for you.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you don't have to have everything figured out before you begin. Together, we'll build on your strengths, work through what's keeping you stuck, and help you feel more confident, balanced, and connected to the life you want to create.
