Claire works with teens (13+) and adults who are navigating anxiety and depression, life transitions, trauma, and self esteem. As an empathetic, compassionate counselor, she is dedicated to meeting her clients where they are by creating a nonjudgemental, warm environment for her clients to be themselves.

Claire's passion is to foster an environment for healing and hope for your future. She practices from the belief that lasting change begins when an individual can be unapologetically themselves and truly heard within a judgment-free space. Claire believes everyone deserves a safe space to tell their unique story while working through life's challenges

Claire utilizes a person centered approach, cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and psycho-education to help clients identify and work through challenging negative thought patterns, processing difficult life experiences, and establishing positive healthy habits.
