About
The heart of my practice is Internal Family Systems (IFS), a therapy model that helps people get in touch with all parts of themselves in order to resolve inner conflicts, find clarity and self-compassion, and free themselves from burdens from the past.
IFS is useful with a wide variety of clients and I am open to working with any client who has a desire to change and a willingness to work for it. The clients I most enjoy working with include clients who are experiencing addictions, anger, relationship stressors, or stressors that stem from systemic injustice/exclusion.
Here's a link to a video description of IFS for your consideration: tinyurl.com/bdfvn5ka
