**I am not currently accepting new patients however, a waiting list is available** I have specialized training in mental health for adolescents & adults, and earned my MSW from the University of Pittsburgh. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, trained in helping those suffering with depression, anxiety, disordered eating, interpersonal relationships, emotion regulation, issues of overcontrol, crisis & trauma. I'm experienced working with self-harm, suicidal ideation & attempts. I counsel individuals, couples & families as well as First Responders.
I have extensive experience with the evidenced based treatment, DBT, for clients struggling with emotion dysregulation, interpersonal ineffectiveness, have an inability to tolerate distress, and lack mindfulness skills. I also practice RO DBT, which treats issues such as chronic depression, loneliness, eating disorders, and obsessive compulsive thinking.
I'm an experienced crisis clinician. I'm passionate about facilitating training for licensed clinicians, students, and organizations on a variety of topics including Emergency Mental Health, DBT, Self Harm & Suicidality, Ethical Boundaries, Resiliency, Compassion Fatigue, and How to Work Successfully with High Conflict Personalities.
