Have you ever felt like life can be a rollercoaster? At times, the twists and turns of life can leave us overwhelmed, anxious, grieving, disconnected, or all of the above. Therapy can help you “ride the ride” with hope, courage, and purpose. I believe in the power of relationships, and I believe therapists should be just as authentic as they ask of their clients. My commitment to you is to bring my whole self into our time together, just as I ask of you. I will encourage you to trust your gut, trust the process, and trust yourself in what you need. I firmly believe that therapy, like self-care, is not “one size fits all."
Wherever you are in this moment, I'll meet you there. I am trauma-informed, and love helping folks understand and support their bodymind. I specialize in working with veterinary professionals, pet parents/families, the LGBTQIA2S+ community, domestic violence survivors, and those in addiction recovery. I lean towards a warm, compassionate, gentle style.
It can be hard to reach out for help, and I commend and honor you for exactly where you are right now! I hope to meet you soon. Email or visit my website to book your free chemistry call, where we decide together if we're the right fit. I can't wait to meet you!
