I enjoy working with parents of all ages, children ages 3-18, and young adults. I’m the best fit for clients who are looking for longer term therapy and want to understand themselves and their relationships better. My therapeutic approaches depend on the client's needs and typically include play, art, and talk therapy. I'm a psychodynamic therapist, which means we might end up talking about past relationships, dreams, and underlying reasons for why we do the things we do.
I work to develop insight and awareness in adolescents and adults, improve parents' relationships with their children and themselves, and increase children's functioning through play. I have experience with both transgender and LGBTQ+ clients and Christian-identifying clients as well.
