I specialize in OCD, PTSD, anxiety disorders, and depression, and commonly co-occurring traits such as self-criticism, people-pleasing, and perfectionism. If you resonate with this, you know the toll these can take. Feeling nervous, worried, depressed, or guilty can become a daily struggle that makes it difficult to function and enjoy life. My work focuses on decreasing symptoms of OCD, PTSD, anxiety, or depression; growing in self-acceptance, self-compassion, and self-worth; healing from childhood abuse and neglect; and navigating difficulties in relationships. You can contact me here or book a consultation directly on my website.
I have expertise in evidence-based treatment for PTSD (CPT, PE), OCD (ERP), depression, and anxiety disorders (exposure therapy). I draw from CBT (and DBT, RODBT, CBT-I), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness practices, depending on your needs and preferences. I also offer couples therapy using the PACT model.
I strive to listen carefully and deeply, and to create a nonjudgmental and warm space that makes it easy to engage. I value a collaborative relationship in which we agree together on how to best work together. I offer a free consultation before beginning sessions so we can make sure that you are in the right place.

I specialize in helping people who try to do everything right feel a little more flexibility, ease, joy, and peace. Often this comes with anxiety disorders, OCD, trauma/PTSD, a history of emotional abuse or neglect, parentification, or being more emotionally mature than parents/childhood caregivers. In initial sessions, we will make a personalized plan that makes sense for you.
