My name is Emily and I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor in the states of NH and MA. I graduated with my Masters degree from the University of Massachusetts Boston, and have been practicing therapy for over ten years. I provide psychotherapy to adults and adolescents via Telehealth. My specialties include anxiety, depression, life changes/transitions, trauma-related and adjustment issues, perinatal/postpartum issues, women’s mental health, grief/loss, as well as self-identity and relationship issues.
I use an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based therapies including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, strengths-based, solution-focused, and person-centered therapies.
