I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor in the states of NH and MA, and have been practicing therapy for over ten years. I provide psychotherapy to clients 18+ in person and via Telehealth.

I use an eclectic approach, drawing from evidence-based therapies including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, strengths-based, solution-focused, and person-centered therapies.
