Making the decision to pursue counseling is brave- I know because I’ve done it. I believe this process helps us find our true voice, discover or reconnect with our strengths and feel empowered to heal, grow and thrive. Life is demanding, and it can be a struggle to find a balance between all the roles we play and the people who depend on us. Sometimes we have to do so much, it’s hard to feel like we are doing anything right.

We lose sight of ourselves and the things that bring us joy. Together, we will navigate challenges such as life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma and grief; while fostering resilience, growth and hope for the future. I draw from various evidenced based models I am trained in and tailor the therapeutic process to your unique needs and circumstances.
