My ideal clients are adults and older adolescents navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, life transitions, identity exploration, or self-esteem concerns. Many feel stuck in unhelpful patterns, overwhelmed by expectations, or disconnected from themselves, and want to create lasting change. I provide a warm, affirming, and direct space where clients feel supported while also being gently challenged. Together, we build insight, strengthen resilience, and develop practical tools to foster healing, flexibility, and a more fulfilling life.
I help adults overcome trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and unhelpful patterns. Through a warm, affirming, and direct approach using CBT, ACT, and strengths-based therapy, we work together to build resilience, self-trust, and a life that feels more authentic.
Outside of therapy, I’m an animal lover and plant enthusiast; two things that remind me every day that growth takes patience, care, and compassion.
